Features extra large 1" tubes for 4 row efficiency but with 5-7 lbs less weight. We also added an special baffle at the top to help evenly distribute the flow of hot water across the upper part of the radiator. The original radiators had a real problem distributing the hot water to the far side of the radiator. We have tested our design and recorded significant changes in the temperatures across the radiator's cooling tubes. A/T cooler included.

Why do 2 core aluminum radiators work so much better than 3 core and 4 core brass and copper? The biggest reason is it has 2 monster 1 inch tubes. The large tubes do not plug as easily as the smaller tubes found on 3 and 4 core radiators. Some competitors radiator have small 3/8 inch tubes which plug very easily. Our brass and copper radiators have large 1/2 inch tubes. Our 2 core Aluminum Radiators has 40 percent greater tube to fin contact than the Brass and Copper 4 core radiators which increase the cooling capacity by 25 percent. Our 2 core Aluminum radiator available with Auto transmission cooler built in and a machined billet neck for the radiator cap. These also are 60 percent lighter than 4 core radiators and look great as is or polished for the ultimate RestoMod look. These do cost more but if running as cool as possible is your biggest concern, it is money well spent. Inlet is upper right, outlet is lower left.
